The Vermont Rail Action Network speakers bureau is a part of our public outreach and education. Our audiences include chambers and rotaries, pre-school to college classes, libraries and museums, scouts, professional and technical organizations, and community groups.
Exciting topics and dynamic presentations will inspire and educate your group. Topics include:
* All about the railroad in your group's town - what it does, how it operates and how to be safe
* How Railroads power commerce and development and grow the economy
* The environmental benefits of railroad transportation and it's benefits for land use
* 10 Cool things we bet you didn't know!
* Planned rail projects that could transform the landscape of transportation in Vermont.
* Operation Lifesaver grade crossing safety
We will work with you to attempt to identify the speaker and topic that will best meet the needs of your audience.
